Disappointing
Unfortunately the good perks used to sell the service to us were removed soon after we joined. Employee engagement was low; staff felt that many perks didn’t apply to them, couldn’t be used where they lived or came with strings attached. Also, read the agreement carefully. It is a rolling 12 month contract so if you don’t cancel at least 30 days before the end of the first year, you automatically commit to another 12 months. As a freebie by virtue of my CIPD …
As a freebie by virtue of my CIPD membership, I expected little from them however I have been pleasantly surprised at what they have to offer. As a benefits perk, I would recommend them.

Hats off to everyone from the sales team, to onboarding/account manager to accounts. They all work seamlessly together to get any potential issues ironed out. poor customer service
poor customer service. takes long time to reply. and then not helpful replies. Also tried to call to speak to someone and they wouldn't try to connect me to speak to anyone, apparently due to data protection - bizarre!

really like Perkbox
I haven't using Perkbox to much, but I am very interested in some categories. Firstly, the high street shoppings, such as Gap, Debenhams, The Body Shop are my favorate places that visit often. I should save a lot as a Perkbox member. Actually I am going to buy a body shop store gift card as a birthday gift to a friend, I will deffinately get it via Perks. Secondly, I love travelling. Excellent variety of offers available …
Excellent variety of offers available and I use them when I can. Only slight issue is with some vouchers only being issued during the workday (TESCO) which can be planned around once realised.
