Issues with coded and suppliers
Has been a couple of issues with stores being unaware of the codes/discounts of perk box and some online purchases have been difficult to process.

First impressions
First impressions as a new user are quite good, but I've noticed that many of the offers are already available online in some shape or form. For it to be of any real benefit I will need genuine offers that are exclusive to Perkbox users and better than those available to regular punters.

Perkbox has some great offers/deals. Some deals that are available can be vey area specific and not accessible to the postcode you work/live.

App is very clunky and most of the time …
App is very clunky and most of the time the redemption codes don't work. I do enjoy the odd perk though when it works.

Perks don't feel very exclusive
Apart from the free Caffe Nero coffee every month and free Pattisserie Valerie cake every now and again, the perks are often vouchers that can be found elsewhere or even on the supplier's website (e.g. 50% of Gousto and Hello Fresh boxes). As a result, the perks don't feel very exclusive to PerkBox.
