RIP OFF (Auto renewal without notification) Had a call this morning to say i have to renew as i have not given them notice of termination. What a joke. Surely it is their responsibility to notify customers of renewals. i will not be paying the invoice as far as i am concerned they should send reminder of term end which they haven't. Wrong codes, no answering the phone and no reply to emails
Good discounts but... Try to order an e-gift card and the codes don’t work. This has happened 3 times to myself and my partner. I tried to call the number and couldn’t get through all day. I emailed and no response for over 24 hours but they’d still taken my money. The app is terrible and the way the discount cards are provided isn’t convient - you’re given a pin, and a code and a link to copy before you can put it into the checkout. I have used a few other Perks platforms …
I have used a few other Perks platforms in my time and Perkbox is by far the best. Easy way to save money for the team. There are many simple and RELEVANT perks for people to use. Some great perks that aren't that easy to get for small businesses too! The little things like HR support/learning portal save me a lot of time - being in HR. On a personal note I love the freebies - please can we have more? Would definitely recommend.

Some great perks that aren't that easy to get for small businesses too! The little things like HR support/learning portal save me a lot of time - being in HR. Don't think it could be worse
First time I try it: I was getting discounted tickets for a Vue cinema, made the payment and then nothing happened, and the app said the payment wasn't successful. Strange... I tried with a different debit card, just in case, and the same happened. It turned out the two payments actually went through to my bank because the money had been taken from my account, and I still didn't receive my voucher, or anything at all. I tried calling them, but found out their customer service doesn't work ...
