A handy little tool
So handy to have with some great discounts, was a lifesaver at Christmas with a bargain on my Christmas tree! I always check the app now whenever I'm buying something and have saved on a whole range of things, including my gym membership.

I wouldn't recommend perkbox
I wouldn't recommend perkbox, the offers included though seem great at the time of signing up change without warning so we are now tied into a contract for benefits which are just not worth spending the money on a perkbox membership. Our staff are unengaged with the app and all the offers you'd possibly like to use you can go and find better offers online. Otherwise it's filled with small discounts from companies you would probably not use anyway. I would also like to note that when you ...

Currently a very unhappy user of the platform for my small company, being charged £1200+ per annum. I have raised several issues regarding perks not actually being perks, i.e. you can get items/services from the suppliers for that price anyway or for free elsewhere and also that the platform/dashboard's functionality is outmoded and just not very good. Defeating the purpose
I have used it a bit recently, mainly for my groceries. I normally shop at Waitrose so purchased some digital vouchers. Every time it’s a nightmare at the checkout as nobody seems to know what to do with those. So I purchased a card that you can (apparently) reload with £300 on it. I received it few days later and went to do my groceries. But at check out I got told the amount on the card is £0. I rang the perkbox number but very unhelpful, apparently have to wait for up to 4 working days ...
