What do you like best about Perkbox? Perkbox is undoubtedly the best employee benefit programme that I have experienced. Employees have a good selection of discounts that are within easy reach and cover a wide range of retailers that are regularly used. The app is a great addition and is very easy to use.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Stayed in the queue for the entire day to chat with someone. No one cares to response.

"Amazing service"
What do you like best about Perkbox? Perkbox is very easy to use. Great number of brands and good amount of discounts. Has really helped with weekly shops. Their customer service is also great, I recently encountered a problem and Lauren from the helpdesk team was very attentive and helpful in sorting out my issue. Thank you!

good customer service
I have contacted Perkbox customer service because I had an issue with one of their Perk. The Perk did not work unfortunately, but the service I have received from their customer service representative was efficient.
