Poor service, mostly offering weak deals that you can source yourself with a quick google search.
I had my original review removed by Perkbox themselves (Twice), just shows they are trying to hide negative reviews on here. Wording this carefully as to not upset the poor marketing team again, of no doubt that is where the majority of their budget goes as for actual content their services are severely lacking. Really disappointed with this service…
Really disappointed with this service offered by our company. I feel that the perks have no real value at all. I got half price cinema tickets which were great and then went on to get some more and this perk is no longer appearing. Can you not have the same perk more than once? Also they advertised a free report from a financial adviser that wasn't free at all. Update: that's not the reason! The cinema offer is still not available!

I became a Perkbox member as part of my university accommodation. They offer a wide range of useful discounts and their site is quite easy to use.

Generally OK but not quite there yet.
Generally OK but the voucher purchasing system does not really work as well as it could for group purchases. I attempted to buy my staff a Christmas present by way of a Sainsbury's voucher however they were not received until early January and did not have any instructions or Perkbox documentation. All very embarrassing. To this day I am awaiting a written explanation of what went wrong from Perkbox's Customer Experience Team. I think that more effort / development is required to ensure ...

Perkbox - everybody loves it
We decided to use Perkbox for our company and everybody loves it! Lots and lots of Perks being used but also the recognition badges have been picked up by 2 or 3 of the teams and put to really good use - great for a public but not cheesy pat on the back.
