What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? The software was intuitive to use. After one short 20 minute training from HR, my entire team was able to seamlessly adopt the new software. I also like the goal tracking features which allow for updates to be made through out the review period. In this was progress can be tracked without submitting the formal review. Also, from an employee review management point of view, this software greatly helps manage the whole process. ...

Additionally, we LOVE that we have our own account manager who was with us throughout the setup & implementation & continues to be available to answer any ongoing questions.
