What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? Visibility , transparency in the evaluation process and good notification service makes it a good tool to do full 360 evaluations. It's very easy to use and simple especially adding a new employee, assigning the 30 days feedback, and 90 days feedback. we can assign feedback form to multiple employees in one go.
