We have a quite complicated system but they were patient and walked through everything with me. Even when our rep changed the service has remained amazing; very quick and thorough responses. "Performyard has made our evaluation process much better"

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? It is an online system that we were able to use to create our evaluation forms. Once our HR person triggers that you have to do an evaluation of someone you will receive emails reminding you that you have to do it. In addition we can set them with due dates.
