What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? Well laid out and very easy to use. Notifications are nice too! What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management? If reviews are not completed by supervisor by deadlline, employee receives too many reminder emails that not directly relate to them. What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you? Lets me know how well I am doing with my goals and tasks.
