What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? Most helpful parts about Performyard is that employees and managers both have a place to track performance. There is quite a bit of automation for notifications, reminders, and being able to configure the different types of reviews and assessments in there. Upsides include the HRIS integration, SSO, and being able to see org chart in there as well. The rating system for managers is also helpful for pulling data driven reports ...
