"PerformYard is a good product and its Customer Success team is GREAT."

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? Most helpful parts about Performyard is that employees and managers both have a place to track performance. There is quite a bit of automation for notifications, reminders, and being able to configure the different types of reviews and assessments in there.
