What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? PerFormYard is intiutive and easy to use for both an admin and employees. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management? I do not like that you have both 'Forms" and "Templates" the names are deceptive and the multi-step process can be confusing. What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? i love that im able to get in it all from perform also its very helpful What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management? i like everything about it there isnt anything that i dont like What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you? it gets to the point so i can correct the issue in rental contracts

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management? The ease of using the system and how many people could colaborate. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management? When printing the evaluations the lay out was odd. other than that it was fine What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you? I have only used it once so I will be able to comment later on as I will be using it to evaluate my team mates at the end of the year.
