What do you like best about Performio? Very transparent system to understand a clear picture of your commissions and pay. What do you dislike about Performio? Second payment date is confusing. It’s fine but slightly confusing. What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you? Understanding what I am being paid.

What do you like best about Performio? Performio provides all the information needed: Quota Statements Payout Ranking What do you dislike about Performio? SSO is error prone. I am not able to consistently login. Would love to see a Mobile App. What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you? Realize sales commissions ahead of payout

"Easy to Use, Implement, & Administer"

What do you like best about Performio? Performio does the calculation for you. There is always an audit trail to keep track of changes and allows everyone to see the same thing at the same time. What do you dislike about Performio? The only issue I have is that the system is not in "real-time." Once adjustments or disputes are through the approval process, the system still has to go through a re-calc which can take up to 2-3 hours. Printing options are not very easy to find and logging into the program can sometimes be difficult. I haven't found a way to create my own password.
