What do you like best? I like the transparency Performio provides about my goals and how I'm tracking towards them, including a visual component. Not only can I see my goals, I also have visibility into my commissions and earning potential. I also really like that I can easily submit reporting edits for quick fixes. What do you like best? Easy to navigate UI. Detailed dashboards. Team & individual tracking. Extractable reports to MS Excel. What do you dislike? No individual dashboard w/charting, only team. Would like YOY comparison dashboard for myself & team as well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Exporting reports allows me to compare YOY performance. Better compensation visibility throughout year allows for better family planning.
