What do you like best? Easy to Navigate and super easy for end user. As an Admin it is easy to educate the sales team how to use the tool What do you dislike? Nothing in particular, but the limitation of the Periods in processing, that we can only process the deals in within Pay window. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Real time visibility to sales team of their commissions processing.

What do you like best? The system is customizable and it was tailored to the company's commission processing and calculations. What do you dislike? Just for two tickets we have raised that were unable to get resolved and took long to get feedback to. Honestly there is nothing I dislike about it What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you? Quick way to see my commission. No more having to go to my manager and argue why my commission was incorrect. I can clearly see why I got paid what I did.
