What do you like best about Performio? I like being to see the YTD, month by month What do you dislike about Performio? I have an issue with the user interface, as it is very complex to navigate and does not update straight away What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to track each KPI and therefore adapting to meet specific bottlenecks

What do you like best about Performio? Easy to see and visualise data including KPI and commissions What do you dislike about Performio? The data is usually slow and not accurate. It makes teams untrustworthy of the system. What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you? Don't solve any problems only review pay and commissions. Probably need more training and understanding of its systems.

What do you like best about Performio? Easy to read! I liked the breakdown of specific areas to focus on with numbers. What do you dislike about Performio? I disliked how long it took to sync with our CRM system. What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you? Performio is solving the problem of having to keep multiple documents open to track financial numbers and revenue.

What do you like best about Performio? Dashboards make it easy to see exactly where I am at for my goals What do you dislike about Performio? Nothing yet. I have not found anything that irritates me. What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you? Accurate commission. Nice to know how much commission I have made for each month.

What do you like best about Performio? I no longer have to rely on self calculations of my comp plan or internally designed spreadsheets to understand how variable pay is calculated for the quarter. What do you like best about Performio? It shows all my performance, variable insights, quota achieved and left in single snapshot What do you dislike about Performio? Nothing specific. Could have been more interactive with exploding charts drilling down everything. What problems is Performio solving and how is that benefiting you? A snapshot view for sales that was earlier being managed in excel has been shifted to this tool
