What do you like best about Perfecto? Its a brilliant tool to automate seamless mobile applications and manual test on various devices and save maximum amount of time. Test reports are perfectly generated which gives a clarity of test cases passed / failed. No issues observed while testing it over slow network. Every time support ticket system as its not feasible to raise every time in-case of emergency Recommendations to others considering Perfecto: try to implement some more features from customer prospective What problems is Perfecto solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Perfecto? I like that we have access to multiple devices all at once. Their customer service is very fast and always there to help What do you dislike about Perfecto? There can sometimes be some lag or latency when using a device, but that could also be coming from my end. What problems is Perfecto solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using Perfecto for manual testing on both web and mobile as well as automation.

What do you like best about Perfecto? Perfecto Cloud was an excellent platform to test a Native Mobile application and multiple web browsers like Safari, Edge, Chrome remotely via connecting from any Desktop or Laptop. I like to enjoy testing mobile screens via touch screen monitors from remote laptop instead of mouse click in a traditional way. What do you like best about Perfecto? We evaluated different tools to address our needs in coud solutions to support our automated tests. Perfecto was the only one who met all of our requirements when looking at performance, ease of use, CI/CD integration, reporting and customer service.
