"Perfecto makes automated, repetitive a breeze"

What do you like best about Perfecto? The handset automation test to help check for any software faults from device makers. Furthermore, with the health travel hurdle issues, Perfecto makes testing devices in other regions much more convienent, all that is needed is to ship the handset, and everything is setup remotely for testing at your convenience. "Service works quite well"

What do you like best about Perfecto? Support is responsive and that I can access devices almost anywhere. What do you dislike about Perfecto? HTML website is not on par with Flash based version. What problems is Perfecto solving and how is that benefiting you? Perfecto is used to find issues with device UATs and sometimes applications so it's beneficial when we find gating issues.

What do you like best about Perfecto? The UI for manual interaction and admin is very intuitive and user-friendly. What do you dislike about Perfecto? It's more expensive than competitors and is difficult to work with when dealing with more complex MDM setups. What problems is Perfecto solving and how is that benefiting you? Testing across multiple platforms/OS/manufacturers in a hybrid-remote environment.

What do you like best about Perfecto? Features and functionality. Cloud has a good UI. What do you dislike about Perfecto? Turn around time on fixes could be improved. Flakiness of test runs. Device responsiveness. What problems is Perfecto solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation of our end to end test suite. This saves time during regression when compared to manual testing.

There is sometimes latency compared to physical device testing What problems is Perfecto solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to see how the app appears and performs on different screen sizes, iOS, and models.

What do you like best about Perfecto? Perfecto's UI is user-friendly and easy to navigate and use. Bringing it into our automation frameworks (via Appium) has also been relatively straightforward.
