"Good, quick support"
What do you like best about Perfecto? Tickets response time is quick and the dedicated customer manager helps to resolve issues. We are able to add most of the devices to the inventory. Very low downtime. What do you dislike about Perfecto? Admin task become combersome because we have a lot of projects and we are not able to segregate them properly. Also, admins have to use the perfecto app for a lot of tasks, but the app is not updated as frequently as the web portion. What problems is ...

"Perfecto Is Very Useful"
What do you like best about Perfecto? I like being able to have a large amount of devices. The features I like the best are being able to watch live video and being able to search for text or images using Object Spy. What do you dislike about Perfecto? Runs slower than I would like. "Service works quite well"
What do you like best about Perfecto? Support is responsive and that I can access devices almost anywhere. What do you dislike about Perfecto? HTML website is not on par with Flash based version. What problems is Perfecto solving and how is that benefiting you? Perfecto is used to find issues with device UATs and sometimes applications so it's beneficial when we find gating issues.

What do you like best about Perfecto? The UI for manual interaction and admin is very intuitive and user-friendly. What do you dislike about Perfecto? It's more expensive than competitors and is difficult to work with when dealing with more complex MDM setups. What problems is Perfecto solving and how is that benefiting you? Testing across multiple platforms/OS/manufacturers in a hybrid-remote environment.

What do you like best about Perfecto? Features and functionality. Cloud has a good UI. What do you dislike about Perfecto? Turn around time on fixes could be improved. Flakiness of test runs. Device responsiveness. What problems is Perfecto solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation of our end to end test suite. This saves time during regression when compared to manual testing.

What do you like best about Perfecto? Being able to test across multiple devices easily, as well as recording and screenshotting test scenarios. What do you dislike about Perfecto? There is sometimes latency compared to physical device testing What problems is Perfecto solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to see how the app appears and performs on different screen sizes, iOS, and models.
