What do you like best about PerfectIt? I love that you can set PerfectIt with custom styles, allowing you to check not just for grammar and spelling, but for adherence to our in-house style. This feature allows us to very quickly check work from freelancers who may not be as familiar with our style.

What do you like best about PerfectIt? PerfectIt is a simple tool to use and what I love best about it is that it picks up the little inconsistencies that are so easy to miss when working on a large document. I use it on everything I proofread.

What do you like best about PerfectIt? Ease of use, quick loading times, it quickly scans documents (even 100k word manuscripts), and this software catches all those inconsistencies that would be time-consuming or impossible to find otherwise.

What do you like best about PerfectIt? I love that PerfectIt helps me catch errors and inconsistencies that I might miss when I'm reviewing a book. I can connect it to my Chicago Manual of Style account and review for Oxford commas, specific spelling, and more. It's easy to make or ignore the suggested changes as well. PerfectIt is an invaluable part of my routine as a freelance editor.

"An indispensable tool for editorial professionals"
What do you like best about PerfectIt? PerfectIt is primarily designed as a consistency checking tool (not a grammar checker - I notice one or two reviewers have confused the two) and it performs this critical function extremely well. The built-in style sheets, eg for US or UK English, are comprehensive and easily customised. I edit law books and have built my own style sheets for different publisher clients.
