What do you like best about PerfectIt? PerfectIt is the perfect tool to ensure consistency in a document. Being able to compare and correct/align capitalisation, spellings and hyphenation and more across a text, especially a large one, is so valuable - as is PerfectIt making the changes for you (when you choose) by only changing the necessary letters in Track Changes (not the whole word as MS Word would do). What do you like best about PerfectIt? I was so glad to discover PerfectIt when it was recommended to me on an editing course. As a small indie publisher, PerfectIt is my second pair of eyes. I use it to help with editing fiction - sometimes in documents of up to 120k words. I use it as my first sweep of a document to tidy it up and catch any inconsistencies before I begin line-by-line editing. I use it again at the end to catch the inevitable errors that creep into the editing process ...

What do you like best about PerfectIt? I've been using PerfectIt for a few years now. I was almost going to stop using it but then they came out with the integration with the Chicago Style Manual and it became a definite must-keep for me. I use the software all the time. The WORD integration makes ensuring documents are consistent si one of the most important features of this great software product.

What do you like best about PerfectIt? I'm an editor, and I run every document through PerfectIt toward the end of my editing process. It's my go-to proofing software.

What do you like best about PerfectIt? I use it during the editing step of my translation process. It's a great tool for catching inconsistencies, double spaces, open brackets and the like. I love that I can choose between UK and US spelling and even legal style. The flexibility of choosing to accept or reject suggested changes is also a great feature.
