Great system, great staff!
We're in the process of launching PeopleHR to our UK entities and have had a really positive experience which we wanted to share. Ryan Davies was our first point of contact from a sales perspective. He was great. Gave us lots of demos and worked with us on pricing and options that would be right for us. Very good training session!
The training with Thomas today was fab! He allowed us to ask questions throughout, went through any additional bits we needed to check in about, and gave us the floor when we wanted to have a go and see if we could make new processes work!

Matthew Temperton is an absolute star!!
Matthew Temperton is an absolute star, he is very clear when explaining different ripples, tasks or any other query i have relating to the training. He has helped me achieve and lot of automation within the people HR system, and continues to be a massive help with all things People HR. He also has endless patience and knowledge, absolute hero!!!

Unresponsive and don't care
The service from People HR is appalling. To get any sort of prompt response from an email would be nothing short of a miracle. I can't even call because they don't provide a number for an account manager ... if I try to call another number they say to email. I can't quite believe how they are still getting clients, I have a wide HR network and very few of those professionals have good things to say about the service. PeopleHR training with Matt Temperton
We had two training session with Matt Temperton from Access to learn about more of the intricacies of the PeopleHR system from an Admin perspective. Matt was a great trainer and we really gained a lot from the sessions, enabling us to make better use of all the available functionalities within the tool.

Unresponsive support
Unresponsive support, no account management. Basic functionality ok but cumbersome/not user friendly. There are too often glitches in PeopleHR which take too long to sort. Eg. name of employee off sick suddenly disappeared from daily recap (so you couldn't tell who related to) and took 8 weeks for them to fix.

Really supportive and knowledgeable
Fantastic Support I cannot fault the support that Joshua gave me. Very focused and also flexible. Understood what I needed very quickly and gave me excellent input and support.

Very thorough
Matt was very professional, thorough and patient, answering any questions we raised during the training. We came away knowing all we needed to about Ripple set up and reminders and have set up many more since the training.
