Support from Claudiu
After a bit of a bumpy flightpath Claudiu was tasked as our consultant and assisted us in the final stages of set up and also with queries once we had gone live. Claudiu was very helpful and quick to respond to queries. Here's hoping that we receive the same quality of assistance now we have been handed over to the Support Team.

One of the worst companies I have dealt…
One of the worst companies I have dealt with for customer service. Continually ignored. Fundamental problems with how the system works and these are either not addressed at all or we are told they might be development items. Some support staff are excellent, but the CSM staff are generally abysmal. We have made compliant after complaint with promises of action only to get none. 4 months plus when I was told 2-3 days. Great Service provision from Josh.
In this instance, Josh was diligent, informative, creative in addressing a couple of hurdles we hit and patience. Explaining each step needed and the reason the steps being taken would help resolve the issue.

Informative and Knowledgeable
I've had a few phone calls with Ross, as well as email conversations. Communication is great, very informative and ensures you understand and confirms if everything has been covered that needed to be covered. Very helpful and knowledgeable - Thank you

Poor service from People HR
It's impossible to speak to a human being about anything. It takes several attempts to get in touch with anyone and when you finally do they 1) want to sell you something and 2) don't offer any sort of follow up (eg. if you have further queries, they just don't reply). It's honestly like talking to a brick wall. I cannot tell you how poor the customer experience is - particularly when it comes to being transparent about costs. All seems a bit underhanded.

Great training experience
We had some training with Matt a few weeks ago and he was extremely helpful, he obviously knows the system very well and explained it in a way we could understand. He has been very reactive to some of our questions and queries too.

Smooth and seemless process
We approached Access PeopleHR as we wanted to integrate one of our existing systems with PeopleHR's system. The process from initial inquiry up to order approval was smooth and seemless. The demonstration from Jack at PeopleHR was very thorough and he demonstrated his knowledge of the platform and back suite software. We are looking forward to setting up this service within our business of 100 emloyees.

Trainer was very knowledgeable about…
Trainer was very knowledgeable about the product, but if he didn't know the answer, emailed a colleague or support team straight away and sent on the answer as soon as received. Training sessions were an appropriate length and didn't go on any longer than was needed. Clearly explained and sent over links to the session recordings.
