Absolutely brilliant job
Absolutely brilliant job. There’s a lot of content to cover and Mathew has a brilliant ability to keep the team engaged and his tone and attention to what information is needed helps with focus and understanding. He’s a really great trainer. Also very patient with our millions of questions

Helpful support staff

We have just completed the 1st training session
We have just completed our 1st 1/2 Admin training PeopleHR Elite with Thomas Booth. An excellent trainer, the session was comprehensive, well-paced, very interactive and he had a lot of patience 👍. Great one Thomas cant wait for the next one!

Our PeopleHR launch went really well!
We went live with PeopleHR the day before our last session with Thomas. He has been instrumental in getting our system ready to launch on time and without any issues. His method of consultancy mixed with training has helped us gain a better understanding of some of the more complex areas of the system. He is clearly very knowledgeable about the product and delivers the training in an easy to follow manner.

Issue uploading documents
I had an issue with uploading information to People HR. I got a quick response from Josh after raising the case and he kept me updated and also quickly came back to clarify information to ensure he understood. We found the resolution quickly. thank you Josh

They provided solution to my question. however the solution should be able to do it in bulk action rather than individual way.

Matt Temperton - a brilliant trainer
We have really struggled to get our head around ripple and Matt Temperton has been brilliant. Matt has worked wonders in helping us to understand ripple, set up our onboarding process and has gone over and above. He's patient, friendly, explains everything really well and has been extremely helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better trainer. We will need help and further training in the future to set up other processes and will always look to book Matt. 😊
