PeopleHR customer support is good, but issues with system needs work
PeopleHR Customer support is great; Mohammed, who recently assisted us with an issue regarding the international public holidays, was very helpful, supportive, and quick. I would have rated PeopleHR 5 stars, but unfortunately, we have had some issues with the system, specifically integrations, but individuals like Mohammed make PeopleHR more promising. Thank you for your help!

Absence Reporting
I needed assistance in creating new rules around our absence from work recording on the People HR system. I spoke with a chap called Mohammed Abdalfatah who took time out to arrange a Teams call and patiently assist me with my query. Without his this task would have been painstakingly difficult and lengthy. 10/10 service

Multi Authoriser Set-Up
Required assistance to set up multi authorisers for annual leave. Found the procedure a bit difficult to follow and submitted a Case Request. Prompt reply received from Joshua Shooter who kindly offered to call to take me through the steps to set this up with great success. Thank you Joshua.

Absolutely NO support received for the…
Absolutely NO support received for the last 6 months now. We have had issues with staff logging into their account and the 'reset password' function doesn't work. I have sent countless enquiries via their website only to be met with complete silence. There is no direct dial or email, so I am unable to contact People HR directly to resolve this. They simply redirect you to submit an online query, to which nobody ever responds! We have been completely left in the dark for months. This is very ...

Training session with Matt Temperton…
We had our training session with Matt Temperton. He showed us how to navigate around the system and what we need to do to get this set up from the beginning. He was informative, professional, approachable and we have all come away confident on how to use the system. There was nothing too much and he had the answers to all of our questions.
