Customer Service is NON Existent!

Customer Service is NON Existent! Sent multiple emails since January - no response. Called customer service - I keep getting disconnected. Stay away and don't bother giving your business to these people. **4 months in and still havent got hold of anyone. Your response says you're keen to fix it but your actions show otherwise. These people are not worth a penny. Save yourselves the trouble and stay away from this company.

Non responsive to queries

The customer service on PeopleHR leaves a lot to be desired - appaling response time. When we signed up to this in 2017, there was telephone support; this just unanimously became via chatbox less than 2yrs into this. Queries on Invoices by email are left unanswered for 2/3 months; team have tried to query renewal invoice 6 times by phones - each phone unanswered for more than 25 min each time . Avoid this platform

Their approach is really consultative

Their approach is really consultative - not salesy at all. Jake took the time to understand our needs and pain points - he had an in depth understanding of the product and was able to answer all of the questions we had. The overall product has a lot of features that will really streamline our HR processes and remove a lot of duplication, paper and guesswork!

People HR is honestly great!!

People HR is honestly such a great tool. I used it at a previous company and recommended my new design studio use it too!! The People HR advisors are so attentive and really helpful, everything is clearly explained and easy to set up. Sheldon helped get everything over the line, and I'm really looking forward to the implementation stage.

We have been using People HR for a few…

We have been using People HR for a few years now, and when we first switched from paper-based files to this, it was a breath of fresh air. Everything was easier to find and access, and the functionality of the system was great. Unfortunately, over time this level of service has markedly decreased. We have had a number of minor issues that have taken weeks or even months to be resolved, and a number of the core functions only seem to work every so often. Technical support is also less than ...

It’s a really easy system to use

It’s a really easy system to use, gives a great holistic view for your team and peer group. We’re expanding our use of the system to make other processes easier to manage such as recording and approving overtime. I know we’ll continue to look for other ways to improve and make efficiencies with PeopleHR

My queries were resolved very quickly…

My queries were resolved very quickly and the support advisor was very clear and explained my query so it was easily understandable on how it needed to be rectified.
