Customer service is terrible

Update 24.5.23 phone call from Access with action to improve the service and move forward. Hopefully this will improve service moving forward. Customer service from the accounts/accounts management/renewals team is beyond terrible and quite hard to believe. We have massive issues with their invoicing, no response to emails, requests to speak to someone, no response to attempts to resolve it via the support network, and threats to stop our licence for nonpayment of invoices due to their own ...

Adam has great knowledge of the system

Adam has great knowledge of the system, there was no question he couldn’t answer. I’ve worked with Adam over six years now and find the implementation and service very good aswell.

No customer support - I wouldn't "Trust" this company if I were you...

There is no customer support and because of this, it makes cancellation very difficult/impossible. After cancelation, they tried to charge us and so on, and won't resolve the issue. I wouldn't "Trust" this company if I were you...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - absolutely zero customer service, good luck to anyone who tries to speak to the company by phone. Do not expect to receive a response to your email. All they are interested in is collecting WRONG amounts by Direct Debit and giving anyone who tries to deal with them a headache. Even after you cancel your contract you can expect the same with Direct Debits and invoices still being sent.

Thomas was really informative and friendly. He went out of his way to try and help us understand the system and the logbooks we already had and had inherited from the previous team - it is difficult learning things remotely (that isn't a reflection on Thomas) I know we have the help function but a written guide almost like a handbook to accompany the training would be fab or even some CBT's or a dummy system to practice on would be helpful.

Patient and excellent customer service

Gareth was very patient and understanding about our needs at Rephine. When we had HR restructures, he had to repeat the process and did so without complaint or comment. Always on hand to help. A pleasure to do business with.

Honestly, just don't.

Requirements for dealing with PeopleHR Customer Care Team, in no particular order: 1) Meditation class. 2) Motivational prep talk with Sylvester Stallone... "You're gonna have to go through hell, worse than any nightmare you've ever dreamed." 3) Eye of the Tiger blaring from the radio 4) Crate of Red Bull. 5) More Rocky quotes.... "It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward" 6) Therapy

Easy to use HR system for small business

We have sourced a new HR system to improve our overall staff information and management. People is easy to use but has lots of excellent features that help integrate with our messages for staff and annual leave management. It is priced well so isn't too much for what we need as a SMB with around 10 employees

Thomas is an excellent trainer

Thomas is an excellent trainer, very knowledgable and patient. Overall the PeopleHR platform has some great features, while there are (as with any HRIS) some areas for development and opportunity. Seems like PeopleHR does want to evolve with the times.
