OK at first, but incorrect billing has made us cancel.

I started off feeling reasonably happy with PeopleHR, and while it wasn't the best HR system, the important thing was that it was able to handle our unusual working patterns and holiday bookings. The set up was fine and quick and all was OK until about 4 months in when our number of staff reduced, but the amount we were invoiced didn't follow suit. I'd say "avoid" ...but good luck doing that.

If the Access Group buy a company, expect it to go downhill. Rapidly. This is the 3rd time I've ended up using a piece of HR software that Access have made an absolute pigs ear of. PeopleHR is just the latest. Every time I try to escape their grasp...they just seem to purchase whatever software I move to. They have a track record of ruining any semblance of an intuitive UI. The level of customer service is…poor

The level of customer service is appalling. They refuse to call, despite several requests to address issues and letting them know that we are not happy with their service. I put in a case over a month ago which is negatively impacting operations and it is still not fixed. I have sent several messages. I had high hopes for them but based on my experience, I would not recommend them. The sales team need to have a discussion with the customer service team. They are not aligned.

I recently had the opportunity to implement Access People HR for my company, and while the sales and implementation process were exceptional, I am deeply disappointed by the lackluster customer service we have experienced since going live. Very informative!

Tom was very helpful and informative, and we came away from the training with some useful knowledge and insights on how to get the best out of our new PHR functionality (Ripple). He took the time to understand our company and processes, and helped us start building some of the workflows that will be the most useful to us.

Helpful not painful with results

Thomas was incredibly helpful speaking in layman's/HR language, tailored training to answer specific needs and bespoke delivery to allow immediate impact. Genuinely nice human being and made the whole experience useful and enjoyable and not painful.

Very Helpful

We chose to work with People HR as we felt Joseph explained the service really well. He answered all of our questions (and there was a lot)to ensure we were picking the right service and if he didn't have the answer he went out of his way to find out and came back to us promptly with the answer. Joseph recommended the right plan which he felt would suit us and put no pressure on us to commit making the decision making easier.
