Thomas Booth, our trainer was extremely knowledgeable about the ATS module and he provided plenty of hints and tips on how we can integrate the system into our way of working. Highly recommended! Thanks Natalie

Matthew Temperton was a great help and explained the whole People HR process clearly. It’s helped massively with my understanding of the system and has opened my eyes to just how much the system really does.

Great training.
Great training. Joe Sutcliffe was my trainer and he had answers to all of my questions. The training was complete and very easy to understand. His attitude was fantastic, and the 4 hours went really quick. Thanks again Joe for your help

Marc Seager is a very efficient CRM!
People HR works well for our company and industry (Lloyd's Insurance Market), and has many features we have not yet had the chance to utilise. Marc Seager has been stellar in providing a very efficient response when I have queries or issues and will always find the right person at Access to achieve a resolution. Couldn't ask for more from our Client Relationship Manager.

General navigation training good
Trainer extremely knowledgeable and navigated around the system efficiently and quickly, showing us key features etc. I did make notes but they do not explicitly capture how to actually do certain things. More practical aspects of using the system i.e. how to actually create company specific platform details would be more useful. For example, I am struggling to add TOIL as a logbook in other event types as I can't readily find this. I had been lead to believe this would be the focus of the ...
