Great Product - let down by Finance Team

I have a great product - People HR ! The training was great and I have had no problems with the service when I have had a question. However the Finance team are totally incompetent and do not answer emails, I have on numerous occasions, emailed and tried to call them, as they keep sending me invoices for training I had which has been already paid for - NO RESPONSE. This is a total let down for a great product!

Helpful training

Matt delivered some training for us on the 'Ripple' upgrade to People HR. We paid for 4 hours training which was booked in 2 hour slots, but Matt kindly allowed us to bank 1 hour of training to use once we have had some time to experiment with the system and put into practice what we have learnt - a much better use of the time!

This used to be a great platform

This used to be a great platform, but now any queries are thrown at a useless bot. Impossible to get anyone to talk to about a technical issue. As long as everythings fine its great, but customer service is now non-existant.

amazing training session, thank you…

Just had the most amazing training session with Matthew Temperton to go through PeopleHR onboarding ripples. He is so knowledgable and guided us through each step with clear instructions and great advice along the way. His training style was so engaging. I would have no hesitation in requesting for Matthew to conduct any other trainings we may need in the future. Oh, and 2 hours felt like 10 minutes. That's always a good sign!

Well considered app, excellent support from Sarah

Delighted to have the opportunity to join the beta trials of Employee Performance (EP). Sarah Mills has been extremely helpful in showing us around EP capabilities and how to set it up for our organisation. She's provided lots of links to resources for ongoing help and useful reminders and remains available if we come across unexpected responses (errors or restrictions on what we would like to do) from the app. Sarah is simply brilliant and an asset for promoting and developing the EP app ...

Issue with query filter

I had an issue with the queries field. I explained i had an issue, Joshua guided me through and explained in details, giving time to ask questions. He was very polite and patient.
