We used to get a good service from…
We used to get a good service from People HR and Access Payroll, but it seems to have deteriorated. It seems a struggle to find who our account manager is and the promised "seamless integration" between People HR and Payroll doesn't work.

Getting the correct Manager authorisation
Neil McCafferty responded to the request promptly and politely. his guidance was clear and relevant; he had considered a number of reasons why this may not work and had noted that the primary administrator for our account could likely solve the issue. We have been able to take steps to resolve this promptly and with a good insight for our team - Thanks Neil!
