An utter waste of time

Unless you've got lots of time on hands and don't mind spending time inputting, solving data input errors (even though you input it correctly) and trying to diagnose issues that make no sense, I wouldn't recommend this system. The system is old fashioned and requires a lot of duplication, manual inputs and fixing errors it produces. When the support team eventually get back to you, the responses are usually blunt and unhelpful making you feel like you're really alone in figuring theis ...

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? It's an effective HRIS that can be integrated with a number of their other platforms, so we hope to find new efficiencies over the coming year (integrating with payroll, LMS etc). PeopleHR has a really straight forward interface that was quick to roll out across the organisation. Having had a good experience with People HR a number of years ago in a previous employment, I recommended them to my new employer- what a mistake! What was once one of the most user friendly and best offerings in this space has been totally ruined by new owners Access. Technical support is like banging your head against a brick wall- they just left us without access to timesheets for best part of a week which for a business that runs weekly payroll is just not acceptable. Make sure you do your homework. It’s not what it used to be.

Recommended PeopleHR after implementing it twice previously (pre Access). I’m going to agree with some of the other comments. It’s totally gone downhill. The initial project install plan and training was great but after that, you’re on your own. The knowledge base is worse than useless and even if you’re paying for a module, don’t expect a user guide. Trawl through the ‘help’ Centre (which is about as useful as chopsticks when eating a broth!) or try and work it out yourself or (as I’m sure ...

Matt Temperton - great trainer

Matt Temperton provided our team with a comprehensive training of the ATS on the PeopleHR system. His style allowed us to interject with questions and ask for clarifications based on how we would like to use the system. Matt followed up with the team quickly providing the recording of the session and providing further information.
