The training was great

The training was great. Quite informative. Because I had been using the system for a few weeks previous, Tom was able to go over the basics of what each section does, and was happy to answer any questions I did have. He also made time to include my manager, who had questions regarding Queries/Reports. Thank you Tom!

Majd was exceptional

Access customer service is truly shocking

Was a PeopleHR customer for 4 years but feel the customer experience went to pot as soon as they were bought by Access. The customer service with Access is truly shocking and as such, as much as the actual PeopleHR system itself is quite good, I would never recommend partnering with Access on any of their products or services. Firstly, once taken over by Access, our fees were increased exponentially over a relatively short period, removing one of the initial benefits of taking out the ...

After great pre implementation training…

After great pre implementation training we were really hopeful that this would be a great company to work with, unfortunately a complete lack of customer support over a relatively simple Invoicing error is proving very frustrating - team members upto board level have spent hours on hold to be cut off after 2 hours and emails are totally ignored - it appears to be a take your money then run scenario

Great planning and comprehension of queries

Thomas planned the 2 training sessions in a timely manner ensuring that we would have sufficient time across the 2 sessions. Thomas covered all the points which I had provided to him prior to the training in a methodical and clear manner - responding to my additional queries along the way.

Chat support is available!

The online guides and email support is great, but sometimes nothing beats being able to have a quick conversation with the support, in this instance: Logan Madden. This made all the difference in allowing me to understand the issue and was really appreciated.
