Joshua is the man!

I'd been struggling with a task for some months and getting nowhere on my own. Joshua Shooter was kind, calm and patient and helped me get it sorted. There was no judgement from him, and he stayed on the call with me until the task was complete, even checking in once it was all finished. If only every body on a help desk was this incredible!

Absolutely appalling-Customer service…

Absolutely appalling-Customer service is the worst ever- Ignored with a clunky unusable system. Completely left on our own and despite raising a formal complaint-No response whatsoever!

Non-existent Customer Service

We have absolutely lost patience with this company - we have been without access to our account and HR information for 15 weeks even though they are charging us. They closed our account in error in May 2023 due to a change in company name (without so much as calling or emailing us) even though we had informed them and sent the relevant paperwork back in Nov 2022 when the name change took place. Fantastic helpdesk - Joshua and Logan!

Josha and Logan have provided excellent helpdesk service today. I needed urgent help, pending a business critical need to track staff training. They helped me build a new logbook, create queries to run reports and track completion of the logbooks and set up ripples to track the expiry of the certificates loaded. ATS webinar (Parts 1-3)

I missed Part I and Ross kindly sent over the link to catch up on this after the session. Having already had a look at this part of the system I stepped into Part II with some knowledge and found it very informative; lots of little nuggets of information that will help with the set up. Looking forward to Part III and hopefully some more sessions on different areas of the system.

Ross is a superstar!

I needed access to a recording from a webinar I attended yesterday and only then realised I didn't create access to the customer service portal. Ross was an absolute superstar supporting me with all my (many!!) question and helped me navigating the site and made sure my request of access was dealt promptly but also allowing me access to the recording beforehand by sending me a separate link. Great customer service experience!

automation

I am looking to automate some simple processes, like expenses and special event booking. Had a great call with Ross, who has shown me a few tricks, that I can go away and research further. If I get these up and running and can save a few trees in the process I will be upgrading this to a 5 star. Fingers crossed.
