Great training session - Thomas Booth

I found the training session extremely useful and helpful for someone who is new to the business and never used PeopleHR before, Thomas Booth was super helpful and provided in-depth detailed explanations and demonstrations of how I can utilise the ATS to the business needs and requirements. There were a couple of queries that were unable to be answered however work arounds/alternative options were provided.

Colleagues 2FA log in issues

Having been experiencing an issue with a colleague not being able to login, and being unable to reach a resolution with other support team members, our ticket was escalated to Gabrielle. Gabrielle understood the issue from the very beginning and went the extra mile by arranging a Teams call with myself, my colleague experiencing the problem, and her, so we could resolve the problem together and with ease. Reporting Issue

Good online guides & tutorials, and an accessible platform to raise cases online. Once I was able to arrange a call with Gabrielle, she was incredibly helpful and assisted me in solving an ongoing issue in less than 15 minutes.

A massive Thank you to Thomas for…

A massive Thank you to Thomas for giving us a whole day of training. He allowed time for questions and scenarios which were aligned to our business There was also time for writing notes as we were on teams. The agenda was exactly how we planned it and Thomas was very polite and informative.
