Very positive so far the experience with Access…

So far the experience with Access People HR has been positive. Dan and Beth have been supporting early sales enquiries (we spent about 6 months looking for an suitable system to meet our needs) through to data handover to start training. The training with Tom was excellent and I do foresee us speaking to Tom again as his training was spot on, from the correct pace and format, through to his knowledge and ability to elaborate on any queries even slightly unrelated ones, gave us exactly what ...

Great training sessions

Stay away from this business!

Stay away from this business! We signed up to People HR and have had nothing but issues and have had to chase to be able to get initial access to the system we have paid for. Were told there was a typo on the info we were sent initially, which meant we weren't signed up to the package we were sold, it took over 4 weeks to have any contact with them and then when we did the system and so called training were awful. We have asked to cancel and are now being told we have the pay the 12 months! ...

Creating Ripples

Our advisor, Thomas, was very clear and very helpful answering our queries and showing us how to programme and create Ripples in PeopleHR. We have now successfully implemented two Ripples so we no longer carry out these tasks manually.

save yourself the stress AVOID at all cost!

Since Access took over the service is unbearable. Price hikes and breaches of terms and conditions. A flawed system with slow or non-existent support, that glitches constantly. If you have an accounting query they ignore you. If something doesn't work that they can't resolve they make you go around in circles asking questions you've already answered over and over shrug their shoulders and say deal with it. I can't express enough not to go anywhere near access.

Terrible service from sales start to…

Terrible service from sales start to finish. Took 2 months to get them to respond to requesting a trial, then the data upload was broken and no response from multiple emails and calls. Finally got someone on teams who fixed it but managed to shut down the rest of the features so I couldn’t use it. Then told me they would get in touch the next day and I’ve heard nothing. Multiple chases and being ignored. Terrible service!!!
