Very information 3 days training sessions from Thomas. He took the time to explain everything in detail. Showed us lots of examples and even helped us build some much needed queries

Thomas is a fab trainer
Thomas was very informative and supportive in our training session with him. He was able to shed light on various queries we had and support building elements for us. When there was a tricky request for a ripple from us he was able to use his colleagues and support with a solution after the training session which was very helpful, showing that he had passion for what he did and wanted to help us. One star as zero isn't an option...
I have only given one star as zero stars is not an option. Utterly appalling customer service from the day we signed the contract. Now, 5 months later we have not even implemented the product as it is so poor, and even basic enquiries remain unanswered since September 2023 (now 29 January 2024). Cancellation actioned on 2nd January and despite paying for a year upfront, we're now told we cannot have any refund despite the product never going live.
