What do you like best about People.ai? Quick access to current and past information, insights, etc. What do you dislike about People.ai? Sometines the sequence of emails or information is not properly aligned to an account, person etc.... but that may be more of a configuration issues than a capabity issue. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Quickly obtaining historical views on customer interactions.

At the start it took a bit of time to learn the ropes and all the functionality. What problems is People.ai solving and how is that benefiting you? Activity by reps; it is very clear now to see effort and areas that need fixing.

What do you like best about People.ai? I enjoy my daily update of People.ai because it lets me know how my effort is faring compared to my teammates. I'm able to glean great information on how balanced my approach to creating or closing business is. If I need to put more emphasis on meetings vs emails vs calls, I have all of that insight.
