"Slick interface, even better support"
What do you like best about Pento? Pento has helped us significantly reduce the amount of time taken to complete payroll each month. This is helped by the ability to upload bulk changes via csv and the integration with our HRIS which seemlessly transfers new starter information. Their support team is fantasitc and is very quick to respond via email (usually within 30min).

What do you like best about Pento? The support team are wonderful and fully clued up on all things UK Payroll, so whenever we have a special unforeseen situation they can always help us, we never feel like we're flying solo just with the software.

"GAME CHANGER FOR A SMALL AND RAPIDLY CHANGING BUSINESS"
What do you like best about Pento? The software is great very easy to use and intuitive. More importantly the support team is one of the best i have worked with for any type of software. I have had 1 to 1 communication with the same onboarding team member, even over a year later when our company was taken over, i worked with the same people, Dan Devine & Monta Jansone.

What do you like best about Pento? Traditionally there are two ways of managing a payroll: in-house or outsourced. With running payroll completely in-house on a stand alone software it can be a worry to ensure that you have actioned all of the necessary obligations i.e. Standing data updates, FPS and EPS reporting, Tax code changes, student loan notices, BACS processing, pension reporting (I could go on!). "Smooth payroll process"
What do you like best about Pento? Integration with our HRIS allows for a smooth payroll process and less manual input. The option to bulk upload pay items (e.g., commission) also allows for fewer manual input errors. Being able to clearly see fluctuations between an employee's pay month to month in the payroll summary, makes it easy to spot any potential errors in the payroll. The Support team are also always on hand to resolve queries promptly.
