What do you like best about Pendo? Once a new user understands and works with Pendo.io it is beneficial to create guides. Also, the Pendo community to include members that currently work in the organization that I am supporting are a great benefit if there are any questions or if assistance is needed.

What do you like best about Pendo? Finding my guides and analytics is very easy. I love how easy it is to search for any guide by name or category so I can get to the analytics quickly.

What do you like best about Pendo? We really like the feedback module and have been putting this to most use in the early days of our adoption. It helps coordinate real discussions between our CS and product teams.

What do you like best about Pendo? Being able to track feature usage, drill down into different segments to understand the different markets that we play in. We also heavily utilize the funnels to understand where we need to improve in the core areas of our app
