What do you like best about Pendo? We really like the feedback module and have been putting this to most use in the early days of our adoption. It helps coordinate real discussions between our CS and product teams.

What do you like best about Pendo? Being able to track feature usage, drill down into different segments to understand the different markets that we play in. We also heavily utilize the funnels to understand where we need to improve in the core areas of our app

What do you like best about Pendo? I think that Pendo is a fantastic tool to track and analyze usage data. It allows us to pull data and create reports quickly, divide users by segments with endless possibilities of customization, and also get in touch with our users by creating announcement dialogs and step-by-step guides. I think every Designer can leverage Pendo to make their process better.
