"Pendo is amazing"

What do you like best about Pendo? I think that Pendo is a fantastic tool to track and analyze usage data. It allows us to pull data and create reports quickly, divide users by segments with endless possibilities of customization, and also get in touch with our users by creating announcement dialogs and step-by-step guides. I think every Designer can leverage Pendo to make their process better.
