What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo has powerful capabilities in terms of product analysis as well as in app guidance for users. We needed a solution to help our users understand how to use LeadsRx, but of the 2 or 3 companies I evaluated, only Pendo seemed to have benefits for other teams at my company. What do you like best about Pendo? The user interface is very easy to use and requires no tech after the initial set up. So so much data is recorded and accessible showing how your users access our web site. We can see granular information such as how many minutes a day they spent our website and how their usage is trending.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo dashboards are easy to create and share. The out of the box analytics they share are helpful, and have become a base of our decisions. The customer service is super helpful and we have been really impressed by the events they offer as well.

Also, the Pendo community to include members that currently work in the organization that I am supporting are a great benefit if there are any questions or if assistance is needed.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo is a great compliment when creating a robust customer education program. With Guides, you can create a one-to-many approach to show users in product step by step how to complete a task. In addition, videos can be embedded in the steps for additional context.
