What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo has a great platform that allows us to easily create guides and get our messages infront of our customers. We are able to utilize the resource center to keep customers up to date on whats happening with our product and education offerings. Pendo Feedback has allowed us to get rid of the "black hole" of feature requests and let our customers track their requests.

"A unique and great product"
What do you like best about Pendo? There are features of feature adoption analytics in the tool which is more than just funnels. It helps to follow a statistical principle of the Pareto Principle which is seldom mentioned in other competitor tools and available through. Also, the tool is good for in-house research,NPS, and allows us to focus on Customer Retention and CLTV.
