What do you like best about Pendo? I absolutely LOVE the fact that Pendo is the perfect mix of real-time engagement, analytics, and product adoption. They allow you FULL CONTROL over the messages you create for your audience with SIMPLE drag and drop building ( they also allow HTML, CSS, and JS customization if you're into that). What do you like best about Pendo? I love how easy it is to tag items and create goals to track based on those views. I also really like the ease of creating guides to help reach those goals and create awareness.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo offers an all-in-one 'product-opps' tool, allowing us to bring in feedback from customers, align on priorities, and once we release each of those, guide our users to use and engage with those features while tracking their usage.

"Great tool combining product analytics and guides"

What do you like best about Pendo? All the event data is saved, so if you tag a feature, all the data associated with it is aggregated retroactively. You can easily create guides for your product and only show it to the relevant customer segments.

What do you like best about Pendo? It's easy to tag elements for onboarding guides. I also love that they're experts in onboarding, adoption, and retention, which means they build science-based features. You also don't need another tool for data since their data analysis is robust

What do you like best about Pendo? The most helpful piece of Pendo is being able to track customer behavior. I use this to help predict trends and reduce churn for my accounts by looking at usage.

What do you like best about Pendo? It's easy to get started with Pendo. Installation and configuration are done through a simple script. The Visual Designer for tagging and building guides make it easy for Product People of all skill levels to get started.

What do you like best about Pendo? I can create segments for specific business units and report platform usage to our customers' management teams. Our customers can use that data to recognize the employees using the platform the most. Also, it allows us to monitor which of our products and features are getting the most and the least usage.
