What do you like best about Pendo? You can pretty much do anything you need to do for product operations and analytics. Tool can be configured according to your business processes and can handle multiple use cases that allow for growth and scale.

What do you like best about Pendo? It's easy to tag elements for onboarding guides. I also love that they're experts in onboarding, adoption, and retention, which means they build science-based features. You also don't need another tool for data since their data analysis is robust

What do you like best about Pendo? I can create segments for specific business units and report platform usage to our customers' management teams. Our customers can use that data to recognize the employees using the platform the most. Also, it allows us to monitor which of our products and features are getting the most and the least usage. We use this software with Salesforce, which is an easy integration to setup and manage. Pendo's NPS tool in indispensible and enables us to quickly connect with our customers based on their feedback

"Pendo unlocks insights I didn't even know I needed"

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo's UI is reliably fast and has more types of reports than I could ever need! I love the visual cues in the UI too so that users can get an almost real-time view into how their reports, charts, and pop ups will display.
