What do you like best about Pendo? All the event data is saved, so if you tag a feature, all the data associated with it is aggregated retroactively. You can easily create guides for your product and only show it to the relevant customer segments.

They allow you FULL CONTROL over the messages you create for your audience with SIMPLE drag and drop building ( they also allow HTML, CSS, and JS customization if you're into that).
