What do you like best about Pendo? The product is very easy to use for both creating content and using their analytical tools. If there is ever an issue, I have high confidence in their customer support being able to help. They are incredibly responsive to provide help, find solutions, or take ideas to their own product teams to improve the product. What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo's UI is reliably fast and has more types of reports than I could ever need! I love the visual cues in the UI too so that users can get an almost real-time view into how their reports, charts, and pop ups will display.
