What do you like best about Pendo? I like that we can have so many teams in the same system working with the same information to make better decisions as a company. I love the context of the customer's voice alongside usage and how easy it is to find those connections.

What do you like best about Pendo? Flexibility - adding additional users on my team to all slice and dice data in interesting ways. Custom segments, time frames help me focus user communications within the product and also inform and automate email flows for users.

"Excited about continuing to use Pendo"
What do you like best about Pendo? There are two things I like the most. One is the ease of getting new guides out to customers. Within two minutes I can launch a guide without engineering support. The second is the analytics. I have more information on how my customers are using our dashboard than ever before. I've been able to answer so many questions for internal partners.

"Couldn't imagine our product without Pendo"
What do you like best about Pendo? The thing I like most about Pendo is the ability to track user behavior within our platform and then create specific touchpoints based on their behavior. We can identify core events and create actions, guides, and training to help our users get more value out of our product. I have used Pendo at three different companies, and each time, we have been able to get more and more value from it as we learn how to leverage the available features better.

What do you like best about Pendo? The analytics we can get from Pendo are extremely beneficial to our Product Team. We can see what parts of our software are used most, and the parts that are rarely used. The guides and tool tips have enhanced our customer experience when using our software.
