What do you like best about Pendo? It's easy to create in-app customer communications. You can have an announcement ready in a few minutes. Basic feature walkthroughs and tooltips are also pretty simple. Their support team, Git repo, and Slack community are useful resources if you're trying to do something that's not delivered out-of-the-box or a custom guide function.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo provides a fast and easy way to communicate directly with users without involving engineering, which is especially valuable to us in calling out product changes and providing reminders of support hours during holidays and similar notifications.

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo is easy to use and is extremely helpful in understanding our customers. It gives detailed insights into how your customers interact with your product and makes it really simple to make sense of the data.

What do you like best about Pendo? The breadth of functionality. In particular we get great value for the product analytics that we get from Pendo and from the in app guides that we can create. Additionally, working with our account manager has been a very positive experience.

"Good for product engagement & in-app guides"
What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo is easy to use and pulling reports is intuitive and quick. As a CS Ops team member, tracking product engagement and the in-app guides have been the most beneficial product features. The guides are easy to create and any time I've had a question about creation, the Support team is quick to respond. The integration with Salesforce has enabled us to pull data fields into Pendo that are quite helpful with our reporting and segmenting data.

"Pendo is great"
What do you like best about Pendo? I have not had the opportunity to test competitors of Pendo, but I can hardly imagine a better platform for onsite-communication and insight-generation. The infrastructure we get through Pendo is fast, reliable, scalable, hackable, and getting better bit by bit. For a marketing-technologist like myself, Pendo is a dream come true, and I am pleased to know we keep investing into our Pendo subscription.
