What do you like best about Pendo? It's a really smart tool and offers lots of features in one, such as product metrics that can be customized to fit what you need it to do, track and measure, allowing me to answer questions across the team about how our users are using our product. Data can be downloaded into a CSV file to manipulate further. The heatmaps are also are really nice feature. What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo's customer success team (and our account rep) have been particularly great at being available and attentive. The page and element tagging are a straightforward way to track what users are doing in our app, we use them all the time.

What do you like best about Pendo? The fact that I can track workflows, clicks on particular elements of our platform, draft guides based on needed direction... I could go on and on.

What do you like best about Pendo? I like that Pendo can track usage of pages and features. It's nice that tracking doesn't start only when you tag a feature or page and it can track usage retrospectively as well! I also like their Guides feature; it's great to be able to segment users and target messaging at them.

What do you like best about Pendo? Minimal engineering effort required to set up, tagging can be performed by anyone with knowledge of the product, intuitive interface overall, easily accessible support staff

What do you like best about Pendo? I find the data insights regarding the Net Promoter Score such as the full report regarding the user and the amount of time used from all who offer feedback via the survey.

I love the fact that Pendo provides a detailed view into the user interactions across my application and gives me the opportunity to customize what I want to report on and what to flag within the application as important. What do you like best about Pendo? The ability to create in-app guides and use custom codes to target elements. The more they add customization to the guides, the easier it is to create exactly what our customers need. The fact that you can do polls as well is great for UX research.
