Pendo makes it easy to tag pages and features that we deploy to track usage across our platform quickly and consistently. "Pendo is educating our customers and gaining insights!"

What do you like best about Pendo? The best thing about Pendo is the ability to deploy in-app educational content and resources to customers, real-time. Pendo's tagging makes it quick and easy for us to create user walkthrough guides to get our customers educated on our product. Pendo's Resource Center allows us to deploy resources to our customers like our release notes and access to our support. Pendo also provides excellent insights into how our users interact with our product.

What do you like best about Pendo? The customization allowed by Pendo is very high and is available directly in the product in an out-of-the-box manner. By customization, I am including both the visual options in regards to communication and the tracking/analytics parts of Pendo.

What do you like best about Pendo? Ability to create different kinds of modules, using codes or not. Ability to set up surveys and get feedback directly in our customer portal. Ability to integrate with our existing document repository to create a Customer Resource Center.

What do you like best about Pendo? I like the guided tour and tooltip features the most, but I can't figure out how to use them with the free version and I haven't spent a lot of time digging into the app yet.

"Great product that keeps getting better"

What do you like best about Pendo? The insights and reporting are invaluable. There is loads of room to customize the fields you're pulling in and integrations with Salesforce and Zendesk are game-changers (we're still working on getting that set up). They have made a lot of improvements to the user experience and insights in that last 3 years since we started using it.
