"I wish we had found Pendo earlier"
What do you like best about Pendo? I'm able to release in-app guides and messaging that usually would have required me to involve both designers and front-end devs. The empowerment is awesome and enables non-developers to take responsibility for crucial SaaS operational tasks!

What do you like best about Pendo? When I describe what I use Pendo for to my colleagues, I mention that I treat it as a behavioral analysis tool. It is easy to leverage the analytics in Pendo to track a customer's journey and see how they interact with our products and features. It is easy to skill others up with the tool in the analytics space. The guides, user messaging and event tracking are all extremely useful features that get their fair use. "Pendo enables PLG like no solution does"
What do you like best about Pendo? With Pendo, I'm able to quickly and dynamically launch in-product tours, tooltips, announcements, and more with no engineering lift at all. Getting Pendo set up took a day or two at most, and now I'm able to quickly set up endless touchpoints to guide our users through our product in minutes.
