"I want Pendo forever in my life!"

What do you like best about Pendo? It's quite easy to use. In a short time, you can create and deploy an in-app guide and use segments to target the guide to the right users.

"Great tool for product and client success teams"

What do you like best about Pendo? It's easy to find tea time data about customer adoption, where a user is most active in our platform, and areas we can train to drive more adoption. The UI is very clean and reporting is easy and looks nice. We also use pen do for custom alerts, and can deliver product recommendations to certain user roles and client types.

"Insightful tool!"

What do you like best about Pendo? I enjoy being able to dig into a customer's history and usage of the tool. I can often troubleshoot and make decisions on a customer account without having to have a lot of back and forth. This means I can work to help a customer and keep FCR numbers down.
