"Its just what you need/been looking for"

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo has much of the "out of the box" usefulness that allows you to get up and running quickly. Their suite of products 'just work' together which makes building segments, tracking data, and answering questions all the much easier.

"Pendo is a game changer"

What do you like best about Pendo? Pendo allows us to reach our customers in-product without using a developer. We can communicate with them about product changes, announcements, and provide guides and tips for using our product. Pendo collects all the data and user behavior for us!

"Pendo is the best software I've come across for tracking my customers usage across my tools."

What do you like best about Pendo? I think the most helpful piece of Pendo is the Data Explorer tool. It a very simple and streamlined way of producing reports which show things like feature clicks, page views,and events tracking.

What do you like best about Pendo? From onboarding, using Pendo has been great. The training videos were very helpful, Gabrielle's in-depth sessions were very effective, and Da-Me has been very responsive when we have technical issues. Pendo itself has a nice, clean layout, and it's fairly easy to use. The information we get from it on our product customers is helping us to track most- and least-used features, map out customer journeys and learn some great insights.

What do you like best about Pendo? Our product is continuously releasing features with our end users in mind. Because of this, we saw opportunities to provide in-product guidance to help customers discover new key functionality that would make their events more successful (and lives easier). Pendo allows us to customize onboarding for the different roles within our user base. We also have strict brand guidelines to adhere to and Pendo grants us creative freedom to craft the guides visually ...

What do you like best about Pendo? Segmented notifications to our customers in platform. Allows targeted communication. What do you dislike about Pendo?

What do you like best about Pendo? What I love the most about Pendo is the ability for myself and my designer (who are technically challenged) to be able to tag, track, and dig into the usage/adoption of our product. The ability to slice and dice by individual users/organizations - and their usage of the product by features really provides us the insights we need to make more data-informed decisions.

What do you like best about Pendo? The interface of pendo is very user friendly and it has many features for tracking. The tracking events feature is the best of all as it gives a detailed automatically updated report about the site and the metrics that are filled in the form regularly.

What do you like best about Pendo? Use pendo a lot to track what features a pages are being used the most. The tagging is easy in pendo, and once it's tagged correctly the data is so much easier to navigate through and make decisions. Also like that we could put up surveys directlty via pendo and can manage and share results
